PC will die, i left it too wit my 13K Guy and that says a lot after playing the game for years. It's the game, Capcom at least acknowledged this. Client data packets are sent to the server. A gaming network can be detected as cheating by detecting lag switch behavior.

Since USF4 the boards are infested with comments about the bad online experience. Are Lag Switches Detectable Online games on the PS4 and Xbox One are harder to cheat on than on PCs, but it is still possible. I don't mean to insult anyone or anything like that but the game simply works fine for me as long as I do a basic selection procedure, and that leaves me wondering about how far the issues (yes, I'm aware they actually exist) go.
Step 1: Open the internet (Cat5e) cable connected to the modem with wire cutters carefully and not damage any internal wire.
That wasn't even a ranked match, which so far haven't been problematic at all for me if I choose a proper lobby or player to join mine. Once you have all the above items at hand, you can make your own lag switch in a few minutes. After that I kicked him twice to tell him I didn't want to play with him again, doesn't matter if it was coincidence or not, it just looked weird. So far I've only met one player that COULD be using a lagswitch because the game started to lag suddenly after three stable matches when I was doing a basic combo into Ultra I with Poison which is super simple and easy to get but due to the sudden lag I missed. or not having the common sense of staying away from bad connections. At that point if that player decides to cut their connection briefly (using a lag switch), they can still interact with the match at the exclusion of other players. One of the players is selected by the game as the host for the match.
